Restani Patrizia

Prof. Patrizia Restani holds a degree in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Toxicology from the University of Milan. She is a Full Professor in Food Chemistry at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences and a member of the teaching staff of the PhD course in Nutrition Sciences and numerous postgraduate courses in the field of Food and Nutrition.

Prof. Patrizia Restani has managed numerous scientific projects both as a project coordinator and as the head of the UNIMI B.U. As a coordinator in the European PlantLIBRA project, within the 7th Framework Programme, she has dealt with 25 partners across 4 continents.
