Description: CACIOTTONA DI CAPRA AL TIMO made with organic goat's milk which weighs 2.5 kg, it’s a 4-month aged cheese. Italian milk, from small passionate producers in our Dolomites area, who care for animal welfare. Thin ivory-colored rind covered with organic dried thyme. The paste is semi-hard, compact and melting. The texture is long, round and fragrant with the unique notes of Mediterranean thyme. Matching for all palates, lean and healthy cheese !!

Perenzin family firm has been making traditional cheeses for 5 generations. In 1987 Perenzin Latteria was among the first, in Italy, to establish a production of organic cheese. A large part of the milk we work with come from Dolomites area. Our milk suppliers are very small farmers that really care about animal welfare.
