SANA Food 100 Healthy Days Survey is the new project by SANA Food aimed at the entire SANA business community. This new research tool will help to better understand the end customer and their consumption preferences.
 

Among the many innovations of the new SANA Food, the  100-Healthy-Day Survey stands out. Created in collaboration with Channel Marketing Company, Toluna Corporate and Light up Italia! Claudia Maccarini, the survey will provide food producers and distributors with a detailed and in-depth analysis of the consumption intentions of the Italian and international population.

For 100 days, twice a year (in spring-summer and autumn-winter), 4,000 selected consumers will be monitored to intercept and codify the motivations and behaviors underlying their purchases, collecting valuable information and trends.

For this first edition of 100 Healthy Days, a panel of 3,000 Italian and 1,000 Danish consumers will be surveyed, thus comparing the choices and preferences of two culturally different countries. The focus of consumption for the survey will be the "out-of-home" channel, which has been significantly transformed by the pandemic.

The primary objective of the project is to go beyond simple sales data to understand the deep motivations that guide purchasing choices: an approach that allows to identify the main consumption drivers for organic, natural, functional, intolerant, vegan and sustainable products.
