SANA Food is preparing for the three-day event in 2026, intensifying its collaboration with Slow Wine Fair and strengthening its partnerships with the most authoritative players in the organic and natural sector.
SANA Food is projected towards 2026 for its second edition (BolognaFiere, 22-24 February), confirming the contemporaneity and expanding synergies with Slow Wine Fair, the international exhibition of good, clean and fair wine, to create a B2B bridge between the specialised visitor from the Horeca and risto-retail world and the highest quality food&bev companies.
Companies that are organic, biodynamic, vegan, vegetarian, PDO, PGI, TSG and health-conscious, with an authentic storytelling and production that emphasises the origin and tradition of their products. In addition to responding to the specific needs of the professional market, these companies must be interested in developing their business in the Horeca, traditional specialised channel or in risto-retail.
SANA Food will also feature special exhibition areas dedicated to social food, i.e. fair trade agricultural products linked to the territory (from social reintegration contexts, land confiscated from the criminal underworld, etc.) and to start-ups, i.e. entrepreneurial realities that revolutionise the sector with the use of sustainable technologies.
