From 22 to 24 February 2026, SANA Food takes the spotlight with three days dedicated to sustainable, ethical, and high-quality food. For the first time, Slow Food Promozione will join SANA Food, adding value to an event that already stands out for its international reach and strong B2B focus. In synergy with the concurrent Slow Wine Fair,
SANA Food’s offering is growing: in 2026 the event will feature producers from the Slow Food Presidia and local networks, alongside a rich program of training sessions, tastings, and talks addressing the key challenges of the agri-food transition. This partnership confirms SANA Food as an increasingly business-oriented event, bringing together companies and players committed to quality, sustainability, and respect for the land.
Professional visitors to SANA Food – Horeca operators, international buyers, delis, restaurateurs, and specialty retailers – will find a curated and comprehensive showcase designed for those seeking authenticity and innovation in the out-of-home market. With a single ticket, visitors will also gain access to the Slow Wine Fair, the event dedicated to sustainable and ethical wine. Together, the two initiatives create a powerful synergy that in February 2025 attracted more than 15,000 professionals and 300 buyers from 15 countries, confirming Bologna as a key marketplace for the sustainable food & wine sector.
