With OoH! Lab, SANA Food introduces a multifunctional area where sustainability, innovation and taste come together, to offer unprecedented paths and solutions to professionals in the Horeca world.
Among the main new entries at SANA Food is the multifunctional area OoH! Lab, dedicated to the Horeca sector: a format designed for restaurateurs, chefs, hotel managers and catering services who are looking for innovative, healthy and sustainable ideas to amaze their customers and respond to new customer needs.
Within the programme of OoH! Lab, live experiences such as tasting workshops, master classes, sensory paths and food and wine pairings, organised in collaboration with Slow Wine Fair.
There will also be practical workshops on building sustainable menus and an in-depth analysis of value for money in food service.
At SANA Food, the major themes of healthy food will also be back in the spotlight: organic, biodynamic, vegan, vegetarian and healthy food, with a special focus on PDO, PGI and TSG certified supply chains.
