THE HOPS IN ALL SENSES The Società Bellavista delle Sorelle Nati has been the promoter of this challenge since 2018 by renewing and expanding the cultivars on the farm with the construction of the hops plant and in 2020 it led to the creation of the Hops Garden and to food and cosmetic products derived from plant. Our ideas start from divergent thinking: exploring the unexplored often leads to unpredictable, but very, very interesting results!

Crackers con Farina di germogli di Luppolo Bio
These crackers with hop sprout flour were created as a snack that can be enjoyed on the go or as a base for appetizers. Their light green color, reminiscent of the chlorophyll in the sprout flour, has a lightly flavored hop sprout flavor, and a crunchy texture. The aftertaste after chewing is slightly and pleasantly bitter. They pair beautifully with fresh and light cheeses, hop sprouts themselves as finger food, and even with meat and cured meats. They're also excellent on their own as a healthy (rich in fiber and protein) and low-fat snack. Made in collaboration with L'Albero del Sole of Fusignano (RA), a leading organic dry bread company in Romagna, still using artisanal methods in their preparation, but adhering to highly advanced food regulations.

Hop Dust - Farina di germogli di Luppolo BIO
A new ingredient, with more protein and fiber and fewer carbohydrates: sprouts dried at low temperatures and ground, bright green in color and with an intense herbal aroma. Organic hop sprout flour is an excellent base for bread, pizza, flatbread, pinsa, crackers, breadsticks, and fresh or dried pasta. It can be incorporated into doughs at a rate of 3 to 10%, depending on the recipe. Gluten-free.
