Description
Our intention but above all what we do is simply to take care of our land and the good food we produce, and try to bring to everyone's tables fresh and genuine products processed and transformed within a few hours of harvesting to preserve the colours, flavors and smells that our land can give as much as possible. Organic farm located in Mazara del vallo in Sicily (TP).

Composta di pomodori verdi
Our green tomato compote, like all our other compotes, are defined precisely because they are 100% fruit composed, made with grape sugar, without the addition of thickeners, colorings, or refined sugars. Our products are grown, processed and harvested manually but above all in an organic and eco-sustainable manner, and processed within a few hours of harvesting to preserve the characteristics, properties and quality of the cultivated product as much as possible. The grape sugar we use is a sugar produced a few hundred meters away, from grapes in our area.
Gelo di vino Bianco e Rosso
A true gourmet specialty, especially paired with dry and mature cheeses, it does not overwhelm or interfere at all with the acidity of the wine and the balanced sweetness of the grape sugar, but rather enhances all their flavors.

Passata di pomodoro fresco
The lady of our company: tomatoes, tradition, love, family, a story that is handed down, traditions that pass from generation to generation, tomatoes grown just as they once did and local native varieties, without the use of water for irrigation, but above all in a rigorously healthy and sustainable way, for man and for the environment, without ever forgetting the love we put into carrying out the different production cycles, in the most personal way possible.
