Our company was founded in 1954, born out of a family passion that has been handed down for three generations, deeply rooted in the Romagna region and the culture of extra virgin olive oil. We combine tradition and innovation, processing the olives just a few hours after harvesting using modern equipment to preserve their quality and aroma. We produce extra virgin olive oils for all palates, single-variety oils and flavored condiments made with natural ingredients.

Monovarietale Ascolana tenera I Olio extra vergine d'oliva 100 % italiano
This single-variety oil comes from the Ascolana Tenera variety, one of the most prized olives in Italy: an elegant, fragrant extra virgin olive oil with great personality, made exclusively from fresh Ascolana olives, harvested in early October and immediately pressed in our modern facility. Ascolana Tenera stands out for its complex and elegant aromatic profile: notes of ripe tomato, fresh grass and floral hints, accompanied by a smooth taste, with a persistent bitter and spicy finish. An oil that seduces with its balance and pleasantness, ideal for those who love a refined and clean extra virgin olive oil.

Monovarietale Ghiacciola I Olio extra vergine d'oliva 100 % italiano
Our Ghiacciola is a 100% monocultivar extra virgin olive oil, obtained exclusively from Ghiacciola olives, a cultivar typical of Emilia-Romagna and one of the most prized in the region. Its organoleptic profile is recognisable and distinctive: an elegant fruitiness, with clear herbaceous hints, notes of fresh almond, artichoke and a balanced spicy touch. It is harmonious on the palate, with a distinct but never overpowering bitterness and spiciness, a sign of a high concentration of polyphenols.
