From generations, Salumificio Carbone has been offering typical Lucanian cured meats, sourced from naturally reared white pigs, and from native black pigs reared in the wild, to guarantee authenticity and quality for its customers. The meat, expertly processed in full compliance with traditional methods, is flavoured with local spices, such as Senise IGP chilli pepper and wild fennel.
