Mia Kombucha was born in 2021 from four friends and a journey. The four friends are Battista, Gabriele, Mattia and Simone. The “journey” refers to the six years Mattia spent in Australia — a place he returned from with two strong convictions: a passion for a fermented drink called kombucha, and the dream of producing kombucha in Italy.
