Description
BIOGEST-SITEIA is the Interdepartmental Centre of the Università di Modena e Reggio Emilia dedicated to research and technology transfer in the agri-food supply chain. It provides applied research services on food quality, safety, and innovation, as well as on the valorisation of biological resources. It is the scientific coordinator of the ALGENFOR project, which develops innovative bakery products enriched with algae, improving their sustainability and nutritional value.
