Description
Our deli was founded in Longobucco, in the province of Cosenza, in the heart of the Sila National Park, an unspoiled area where you can breathe some of the cleanest air in Europe. We produce traditional Calabrian cured meats following traditional methods, using selected meats and without adding preservatives. The quality of the raw materials and respect for the natural processing and aging times are the foundation of each of our products. Every one of our products tells an ancient story.
