December 2025
Out-of-home, better taste and more business are the key words shining a spotlight on the upcoming edition of SANA Food, further enhanced by the granting of patronage from MASAF.
The international B2B event dedicated to organic and natural products, scheduled at BolognaFiere from February 22 to 24, has received the patronage of MASAF – the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forests.
This recognition highlights the alignment between the Ministry’s objectives and SANA Food’s mission, which for years has promoted certified production, biodiversity, traceability, and food styles oriented toward well-being. All themes that, in 2026, will gain even more prominence in the focus dedicated to the Horeca channel, increasingly strategic for spreading the concept of “healthy food” even outside the home.
And confirming the harmony of intent between SANA Food and the Ministry, MASAF has recently supported the candidacy of Italian cuisine as UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage, with the goal of promoting its cultural system, which goes beyond recipes to include conviviality, seasonality, biodiversity, respect for regional traditions, and the transmission of knowledge. The outcome of the candidacy is eagerly awaited and will be announced in mid-December
