The OoH Lab! is an experiential space dedicated to the Horeca world and professional catering, where the products, flavors, and expertise of exhibitors and event sponsors come together to create unique experiences.

It is the ideal space for showcasing exhibitors' products, tastings and masterclasses for restaurateurs and caterers, and sensory journeys dedicated to catering professionals.

In collaboration with Slow Wine Fair, the room hosts food and wine pairings and focuses on organic menus, with particular attention to sustainability and ethical supply chains.
