January 2026
Erbe Cilento is an organic farm founded by Eleonora (pharmacist) and Tony (agricultural technician) with the goal of cultivating and processing medicinal herbs. From this idea comes a line of high-quality herbal teas, infusions, and jams, inspired by the traditions of the Cilento National Park, while also embracing innovation and creativity.
What inspired your participation in SANA Food 2026, and what goals or expectations are guiding you in this new edition?
SANA Food is the most well-known fair for sustainable and organic products; this is why we decided to bring a high-quality, truly Italian product, made TRULY in an ARTISANAL way. We aim to connect with those who, like us, want to place uncompromising importance on quality.
Today’s consumers are increasingly conscious about health and well-being. How has this awareness influenced your production choices or inspired new product concepts?
By producing herbal teas without flavorings or sweeteners, our primary goal is to bring well-being and awareness to the end customer. Our entire supply chain is built around the idea of offering a product that is 100% healthy and natural.
Tradition and innovation often go hand in hand in a company’s growth journey. How do you manage to honor your roots while giving them a contemporary interpretation?
We live and work in a land where everything speaks of history and traditions; we carry the legacy of Magna Graecia, the Normans, and the Lombards who once inhabited these lands. We are the cradle of the Mediterranean Diet. Today, it is up to us to rediscover what many have forgotten and reinterpret it in a modern way.
Transparency, sustainability, and traceability have become essential values in today’s market. How do you bring these principles to life in your distribution practices?
Even before our organic certification and the recognition granted by the Cilento National Park label, we strive to share every stage of our work: from harvesting to the blending of our herbal teas, through documentation as well as social media channels and visits to our farm.
