What inspired your participation in SANA Food 2026, and what goals or expectations are guiding you in this new edition?

The possibility of being able to connect with people who have chosen to prefer genuine products and who can find in us reliable and constant partners in production and distribution.

Today’s consumers are increasingly conscious about health and well-being. How has this awareness influenced your production choices or inspired new product concepts?

We started this experience precisely because, as consumers ourselves, we didn't find products on the market that could meet the needs arising from a greater awareness of health and taste, to the point of being chosen.

Tradition and innovation often go hand in hand in a company’s growth journey. How do you manage to honor your roots while giving them a contemporary interpretation?

We cherish tradition, and we are firmly convinced that "going back" and reviving our products just as our grandparents used to make them, without any added ingredients, is the key to success in the present.

Transparency, sustainability, and traceability have become essential values in today’s market. How do you bring these principles to life in your distribution practices?

These are non-negotiable values for our company: we use only raw materials from sustainable farms, guarantee maximum transparency of the ingredients used, and are constant in our commitment to always improve.
