In Pavilion 18, a group of organic companies from across Italy will showcase cooking demonstrations, tastings, and institutional discussions on Made in Italy strategies.

Among the key players at the 2026 edition of SANA Food, CIA-Agricoltori Italiani will be present in Pavilion 18 with a large institutional stand and a Show Cooking and Tasting Area. For three days, CIA will bring to the fair a group of 18 organic member companies from across Italy, with a strong representation of companies from Emilia-Romagna, Lazio, Liguria, Lombardy, Molise, Piedmont, Puglia, Sicily, and Tuscany. The focus will be on organic products and a rich calendar of events, including cooking demonstrations, tastings, and gastronomic events designed to promote quality, local products, and innovation. Not only will the exhibition and tastings be showcased, but also institutional discussions will take place. Cristiano Fini, national president of CIA-Agricoltori Italiani, is among the keynote speakers at Rivoluzione Bio, scheduled for Monday, February 23, where he will participate in the roundtable discussion "Organic Made in Italy: Policies and Strategies to Strengthen Small and Medium-Sized Businesses," sharing the organization's perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing the sector.

In the afternoon, Anabio-Cia will also be in the spotlight, with a presentation by President Giuseppe De Noia in the session dedicated to eating out. The discussion will focus on the topic "Away-from-Home Consumption: When Organic and Local Food Become Value for the Restaurant Industry," with a focus on the growing role of organic products in the HoReCa sector.

Show Cooking & Tasting Area

The CIA-Agricoltori Italiani program will feature cooking shows and tastings celebrating the excellence of Italian organic products. Visitors will be able to discover the fragrance and flavor of hazelnuts, both traditionally from Piedmont and from the Tuscia varieties, accompanied by baked goods and creative recipes.

There will also be plenty of experiences dedicated to extra virgin olive oil, with sensory journeys illustrating the production process, sweet and savory pairings, tastings of flavored oils, and an exploration of the typical flavors of Puglia and Molise. Fine flours and safe, mycotoxin-free organic pasta will also be featured.

The offering is rounded out with journeys dedicated to hops and craft beer, including internationally award-winning gluten-free beers, and themed cooking demonstrations highlighting innovative pairings. At each tasting, visitors can immerse themselves in a true sensory journey through the aromas, scents, and flavors of Italian organic products, rediscovering the richness of the region and its products.
