What inspired your participation in SANA Food 2026, and what goals or expectations are guiding you in this new edition?

Participating in SANA Food 2026 means delivering a clear message: technological innovation can and must become a concrete pillar of organic and sustainable agriculture.
We come from a global industrial context where precision, process control, and reliability are non-negotiable requirements. Today, we place this technological solidity at the service of the Italian agri-food supply chain, with the goal of supporting its transition toward cleaner, more stable storage models aligned with the highest international standards. SANA represents the ideal setting for us to share this vision and to engage in a concrete dialogue with producers, operators, and institutions.

Today’s consumers are increasingly conscious about health and well-being. How has this awareness influenced your production choices or inspired new product concepts?

The demand for healthy, residue-free products is no longer a trend, but a clear signal from the market. For this reason, we believe that nitrogen is not an alternative, but a true strategy for change. The use of high-purity nitrogen in cereal storage makes it possible to completely eliminate chemical treatments, ensuring hygienic safety, nutritional quality, and total absence of residues. It is a concrete, scientifically grounded, and technologically robust response to the expectations of today’s consumers.

Tradition and innovation often go hand in hand in a company’s growth journey. How do you manage to honor your roots while giving them a contemporary interpretation?

Our approach does not replace agricultural tradition—it strengthens it. We transfer methodologies, controls, and operational logics typical of advanced industry into Italian agriculture, making storage processes more precise, repeatable, and reliable. In this way, agricultural know-how meets industrial engineering, creating an evolved model that protects the product, the producer, and the final consumer.

Nitrogen is generated directly on-site, reducing environmental impact while increasing operational autonomy.
