February 2026
At SANA Food 2026, the regions of Emilia-Romagna, Sardinia, Calabria, and Camera di Commercio of Bologna brought the best of their agri-food heritage, presenting collective displays that brought together over 40 companies. It was a unique opportunity to immerse oneself in the richness of Italy's territories, discover local products of excellence, and listen to stories of tradition, innovation, and sustainability.
Each stand told a story: from the craftsmanship of the production processes to the search for new production solutions, from the promotion of typical products to the promotion of agricultural practices that respect biodiversity. The business community was able to taste authentic flavors and meet those who, with passion and expertise, transform local raw materials into products that can compete on national and international markets.
The collective stands highlighted not only the quality of the individual products, but also their deep connection with the territory, with rural culture and local communities. From Emilia-Romagna, rich in certified excellence and typical products, to Sardinia with its unique and authentic products linked to the island; from Calabria with its intense and spicy flavors, to the Camera di Commercio of Bologna, which brought together innovative companies in the agri-food sector, each exhibitor contributed to creating a mosaic of biodiversity, knowledge, and identity values.
The initiative confirmed that local products are a real driver of value for the market, capable of combining excellence, sustainability, and tradition, and showed how SANA Food continues to be the ideal showcase for promoting the quality and creativity of Italian agri-food, telling stories that deserve to be shared with the world.
