Until February 24th, Pavilion 18 at BolognaFiere hosts the SANA NOVITÀ area: a space for inspiration, encounters, and discovery. New ingredients, new recipes, new ways to experience quality food. This showcases the freshest ideas, the most intriguing experiments, and the products that best interpret market trends. This year, SANA NOVITÀ presents over 100 products, exhibited in dedicated areas with the participation of more than 50 companies that have chosen to join the initiative, confirming the dynamism and innovative capacity of the sector. Organic, vegan, and certified DOP, IGP, and TSG products tell stories of research, sustainability, and creativity. SANA NOVITÀ was created to give voice to this evolution in the sector, becoming the ideal space for companies to showcase their capacity for innovation, a central theme for the Horeca world at this edition.
