We represent olive-growing companies located in the province of Cosenza, mainly in the hilly area between the Pollino National Park and the Plain of Sibari. The uniqueness of our cooperative lies in its territory; our mission is to promote and enhance it through the excellence of our olive oil.

What inspired your participation in SANA Food 2026, and what goals or expectations are guiding you in this new edition?

The Calabria Region invited us, and we immediately seized the opportunity to take part in this important event, with the simple objective of introducing ourselves to an increasingly broad audience that is attentive to quality.

Today’s consumers are increasingly conscious about health and well-being. How has this awareness influenced your production choices or inspired new product concepts?

Our companies produce olives that, once delivered to the mill, are processed within 24 hours: the result is an extra virgin olive oil with excellent chemical and organoleptic properties, benefiting consumers’ well-being and health.

Tradition and innovation often go hand in hand in a company’s growth journey. How do you manage to honor your roots while giving them a contemporary interpretation?

Contemporary techniques and technologies are valuable tools, but they must be managed with expertise and adapted to our crops, traditions, and the identity of the territory, where olive growing has been present since the time of Magna Graecia.

Transparency, sustainability, and traceability have become essential values in today’s market. How do you bring these principles to life in your distribution practices?

We bottle directly on our premises the oil produced by our associated companies, whose entire organic cycle in the olive grove we monitor with the support of agronomists; everything is traced, from the olive tree to the tin.
