Coronelli is a brand of Fugar Produzione S.p.A., a company that has been a leader since 1974 in the production of compound ingredients for the pastry and gelato sectors.
It is a line of confectionery products aimed at the end consumer, distinguished by the same strong focus on the quality of raw materials that has made Fugar highly regarded by leading pastry chefs and gelato artisans.

What inspired your participation in SANA Food 2026, and what goals or expectations are guiding you in this new edition?

We chose SANA Food 2026 because it offers a space for direct dialogue with an audience that consciously seeks high-quality products, attentive to specific needs that are increasingly in demand and essential.
We want to introduce our plant-based and gluten-free spreads, promote a healthier approach to nutrition, and build relationships with partners who share our values and can inspire future projects.


Today’s consumers are increasingly conscious about health and well-being. How has this awareness influenced your production choices or inspired new product concepts?

Our focus on health has guided every decision we make from selecting the highest-quality raw materials to developing recipes that are gluten-free and free from hydrogenated fats.
We have introduced plant-based lines while preserving taste and a creamy texture, in order to offer a balanced experience.

Tradition and innovation often go hand in hand in a company’s growth journey. How do you manage to honor your roots while giving them a contemporary interpretation?

Our strength lies in evolving without losing our identity. We use traditional-inspired recipes, reinterpreted with a modern perspective and innovative ingredients. We believe in evolved craftsmanship: certified production processes that are still deeply connected to care and passion.

Transparency, sustainability, and traceability have become essential values in today’s market. How do you bring these principles to life in your distribution practices?

Each Coronelli jar tells a clear story: a controlled supply chain, certified ingredients, and respect for the environment. We are transparent on every label and communicate directly, because consumers have the right to know what they are choosing.
