February 2026
We are Azienda Agricola Bio Floriddia C., based in Castelfiorentino, a third-generation family-run business that combines farming and processing through its own artisanal pasta factory. We grow organic cereals and transform them directly into dried pasta, following a short and fully controlled supply chain. Although recently established, our pasta factory is built on an artisanal yet modern approach, combining traditional agricultural knowledge with contemporary technologies: a project with solid roots in the past and a strong orientation towards innovation. What sets us apart is our focus on the quality of raw materials, respect for the land, and careful production processes. Our mission is to offer authentic, healthy and transparent organic pasta that expresses the territory and the values of sustainable agriculture.
What inspired your participation in SANA Food 2026, and what goals or expectations are guiding you in this new edition?
SANA Food is a key event for us, as it is a place where organic food is not just a label but a shared vision. We take part with the aim of strengthening our presence in the specialised channel, meeting new commercial partners and engaging with an increasingly aware audience. We expect to consolidate relationships, share our agricultural supply chain project and identify new growth opportunities, also at an international level.
Today’s consumers are increasingly conscious about health and well-being. How has this awareness influenced your production choices or inspired new product concepts?
This growing awareness has always guided our work. We produce organic pasta using carefully selected raw materials, grown without synthetic chemicals and processed with methods that preserve the nutritional qualities of the grain.
For us, health is not a trend but a guiding principle. For this reason, we develop recipes made exclusively with natural ingredients, sometimes enriched with superfoods, designed not as simple flavoured pastas but as balanced, complete dishes suitable for a healthy everyday diet.
Tradition and innovation often go hand in hand in a company’s growth journey. How do you manage to honor your roots while giving them a contemporary interpretation?
Tradition and innovation naturally coexist within our project. On one hand, there is a strong connection to the land and agricultural know-how; on the other, a constant desire to evolve. Our pilot facility allows us to experiment, develop new recipes and work with alternative ingredients, creating products that combine nutritional value with taste and a strong identity.
Transparency, sustainability, and traceability have become essential values in today’s market. How do you bring these principles to life in your distribution practices?
Transparency, sustainability and traceability also guide our distribution choices. We prioritise channels that allow for clear product communication and work with partners who share our commitment to the organic supply chain.
For us, distribution is a tool to ensure consistency between what we produce and what ultimately reaches the end consumer.
