November 2025
We are a family – run artisanal pasta factory situated in Vibo Valentia, Calabria. Since 2005, we have passionately upheld the tradition of pasta made the old-fashioned way, using selected 100% Italian wheat, bronze-drawn, and slowly dried. What makes us unique is the balance between craftsmanship and attention to quality: each shape speaks of our region and the value of painstaking work. Our mission is to offer an authentic, delicious, and genuine product that promotes Italian cuisine around the world.
What inspired your participation in SANA Food 2026, and what goals or expectations are guiding you in this new edition?
We are participating in SANA Food 2026 because we believe in a transparent, sustainable, and high-quality food supply chain. This event represents an important opportunity to showcase our work to the organic food industry and to demonstrate how even artisanal pasta can be synonymous with innovation while respecting tradition. We are driven by a desire to grow, build connections, and continue to promote the value of quality.
Today’s consumers are increasingly conscious about health and well-being. How has this awareness influenced your production choices or inspired new product concepts?
We have welcomed this evolution with great attention, because we share the idea that food should not only be delicious, but also healthy. This is why we select only high-quality durum wheat semolina, preferably Italian, without the use of additives or preservatives. Our artisanal production process—with bronze die drawing and slow, low-temperature drying—best preserves the product's nutritional values and ensures a more digestible pasta, with improved starch release and excellent cooking stability. We focus on transparency, simple ingredients, and natural processes: our response to growing consumer awareness is to return to the essence of good pasta.
Tradition and innovation often go hand in hand in a company’s growth journey. How do you manage to honor your roots while giving them a contemporary interpretation?
For us, tradition means respect for artisanal methods passed down through generations: bronze-drawing, slow drying, and attention to the quality of our raw materials. But we also believe that innovation means making this tradition contemporary, accessible, and sustainable. We do this by experimenting with new formats, improving our production processes with an eco-friendly approach, and communicating our identity with a modern language. Thus, every package of pasta tells an ancient story... with the taste and awareness of today.
Transparency, sustainability, and traceability have become essential values in today’s market. How do you bring these principles to life in your distribution practices?
We translate these values into concrete choices: we use recyclable packaging and minimize waste in logistics. Every batch of our pasta is traceable, from raw materials to the shelf, because we want those who choose us to know exactly what they're bringing to the table. We only collaborate with partners who share our values and are committed to maintaining a short, controlled, and as local a supply chain as possible. For us, consumer trust is built day after day, with consistency and responsibility.
